Customer Reviews
My new favorite chocolate!
Oh my goodness, I just tried the 'Cookie Dough Reindeer' and the 'Hazelnot Bar' – they are absolutely incredible! I seriously can't believe they're vegan and allergy-friendly. The Cookie Dough Reindeer was so festive and delicious. The Hazelnot Bar tasted just like the real thing, maybe even better! I am so happy I found Nomo. I will definitely be ordering again, probably for all my holiday gifts. Everyone needs to try this chocolate!
Great selection, quick delivery
I ordered the 'Mixed Bundle' last week, which included the Caramel Filled Bar, Fruit and Crunch Bar, and the Sea Salt and Caramel Bar. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was straightforward. I received a confirmation email almost immediately, and tracking information was provided within 24 hours. The package arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. Everything was well-packaged; no melted chocolate or damage at all. The quality of the chocolate is consistently high, especially considering it's all dairy-free. I had a quick question about an ingredient, and customer support responded within a few hours with a clear answer. Overall, a very positive experience.
Good chocolate, fast shipping
Ordered the 'Creamy Choc Bar'. It arrived quickly. Chocolate tasted good. No issues with order or delivery.
Decent chocolate, minor delay
I purchased the 'Dark Chocolate Bar' and a 'Little Monsters Lolly' for my nephew. The chocolate itself is very good, especially for being dairy and nut-free; it tastes richer than some other brands. The ordering process was simple enough. My only small gripe was that delivery took an extra day longer than the estimated window, so it almost didn't make it in time for when I needed it. Not a huge deal, but worth noting for future planning. Packaging was secure, though. Value for money is fair.
Reliably good chocolate
This isn't my first time ordering from Nomo, and honestly, they're consistently good. I got the 'Chocolate Buttons Bag' this time, and just like before, the order process was smooth. Delivery was fast, as always. It's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect. Quality never dips.
Good value on an Easter bundle
I was looking for some dairy-free Easter options and found Nomo's 'Vegan Easter Eggs' bundle. The price for the three eggs (Caramel Egg, Cookie Dough Egg, Hazelnot Egg) was really competitive, especially with the seasonal offer they had. It felt like a good saving compared to buying them individually. Shipping wasn't free, but it was reasonable. Overall, I felt like I got a solid deal for decent quality chocolate.

hey, anyone order from nomo to like, Texas? how long did it actually take to get to you? i wanna send some stuff to my sister but she's got a birthday coming up soon.
What's their return policy like? Bought too much for a party and gonna have extra.
Can I stack the newsletter signup discount with a bundle deal, or do I have to pick one?
Thinking of trying the caramel filled bar. Is it really nut free? My kid has a severe allergy so gotta be super careful.
Is there a first-time buyer discount code? Or do I need to sign up for the newsletter for that?
